Office of the D.G. & I. G. of police, Jharkhand, Ranchi: Jharkhand police has a ALH Dhruv Helicopter for its operational requirements of rescue and relief. Jharkhand Police seeks to insure the helicopter on an annual basis consequent up on expiry of the Insurance on 28th February 2019. Interested Insurance Companies duly experienced in aviation insurance, including insuring helicopters may apply in response to this EOI. The details of the helicopter are provided in Part I. The applicant companies may submit their proposals as per format in Part II. However, they are free to give additional information, in any, on separate sheets. Similarly, the applicants are free to make queries. However, all queries should be in writing and should be addressed to the undersigned. All queries will be furnished with a written response after due vetting by the committee authorized for this purpose. The deadline for receiving written queries will be 1700 hrs. on 11.02.2019 after which all queries will be treated as null and void. The date of submission of EOI would be 13.02.2019.
